我们现在都是在探讨一个初步的CODEX执行方案，我最终的目的是CODEX可以完成画图，画焊缝，标点，根据CAD图导出ITEM到需要的报告EXCEL表里，分析图纸并按照固定的标点来整理原厚，换新（如果有)厚度，报告表可以根据这个原厚表来导入厚度，最后根据现场测的腐蚀量来刷新厚度，同时还需要考虑跨船时，需要人为提供和修改的内容。

最终希望人工审核少，容易看明白，也容易操作。

这次是以RG ATHENA这条船来做试验，因为月底将有一条姊妹船靠船厂，虽然已经有报告了，可图并不是我画的，所以需要重新整理，同时也是为了测试CODEX的能力。

前两天我想到从头开始让CODEX来学习，现在我觉得应该给它一个基本信息和全局的测厚范围，类似一个专业的测厚人员来对待这份测厚报告，不知道是否需要？

RG ATHENA 轮，7个货舱的单壳散货船，非CSR船，NK船级社，第4次特检。

NK第4次特检单壳散货船测厚范围和一些结构的标点规范

根据NK测厚范围来确定报告内容：

1，Each deck plating outside the line of cargo hatch openings within the cargo length area

2，All exposed main deck plating outside the cargo length area

3，All wind and water strakes

4，All cargo hold hatch coamings (plating and stiffeners)

5，All cargo hold hatch covers (plating and stiffener)

6，All longitudinal members in three transverse sections, one in the midship area, outside the line of cargo hatch openings within the cargo length area. When the selected section is a transversely framed section, adjacent frames and their end
connections in way of the transverse section are to be included.

7，Each bottom plate within the cargo length area

8，All keel plates, full length, and an appropriate number of bottom plates in way of cofferdams, machinery space, and aft end of tanks

9，Representative exposed superstructure deck plating (poop, bridge and forecastle deck)

10，All shell frames including their end attachments and adjacent shell plating

11，All transverse bulkheads (including stiffeners and girders)

12，All deck plating and under deck structure inside the line of hatch opening between cargo hold hatches

13，All transverse webs with associated plating and longitudinals (including stiffeners and girders)

14，All transverse bulkheads (including stiffeners)

15，Internals in fore and after peak ballast tanks

16，All piping arrangements in cargo holds

17，Plating of sea chests. And shell plating in way of overboard discharges

具体到RG这条船来说，TST，DBT有5个舱，1，2/3，4，5/6，7，其中2/3，5/6是大舱，连通的，我们这里方便做报告，2/3舱叫2舱，5/6舱叫5舱，那么这条船TST和DBT的舱室：1，2，4，5，7
